WCBL Postseason Recaps: August 12th

West Division

(1) Okotoks Dawgs vs (2) Lethbridge Bulls |  1 – 5

Series Tied 1 – 1

The Lethbridge Bulls tied the West Division Finals 1-1 after taking down the Okotoks Dawgs by a score of 5-1.

Tevin Hall was the starter for the Bulls, tossing the first three innings of the ballgame, striking out three before Dylan Emmons came in relief, dominating the rest of the contest. Emmons pitched the final six innings, striking out eight and allowing only four hits and zero earned runs.

Bulls outfielder, Hank Forrest crushed a two-RBI double as he finished the night 1-3.

The deciding third game will be played in Okotoks on Tuesday, August 13th at 7:05PM, with the winner moving on to the WCBL Finals against the winner of the East Division Finals, which features the Regina Red Sox and Swift Current 57’s.
