WCBL Players of the Week: Week 9

The Western Canadian Baseball League announced the Players of the Week for week nine of the season. (July 29 – August 4).

Claiming Hitter of the Week honours was Edmonton Prospects outfielder, Travis Hunt after posting a batting average of .552 with four doubles, two homers, 12 RBI’s and an OPS of 1.526.

Jaymon Cervantes of the Medicine Hat Mavericks was named the Pitcher of the Week after posting an ERA of 0.00 with a WHIP of 0.5 in eight innings pitched.
